We are here for anything you need. This means that once we are ready to go with the bespoke travel package we planned for you, we can facilitate any payments towards third parties (eg., down-payments & reservations to hotels, private transfers etc.), provided that you have already prepaid the required amount for each reservation to our bank account via the secured payment link we will send you.
For example, if the hotel you are staying at requires a one-night down-payment in order to confirm the reservation, you can easily transfer the required amount to our account via the payment link we will send you, so we can then facilitate the payment directly to the hotel. This way you will be able to make all necessary payments directly to us, and then afterwards we take care of the rest. For each payment, you will receive a proof of payment (invoice). All confirmation documents will be sent to the registered email.

Plans may sometimes change and there might be occasions where you might need to cancel your vacation and reschedule your entire program. As a reseller company, we do not have any specific cancellation policy: each service we will arrange and plan for you and your travel partners applies its own cancellation policy. On our behalf, we will make sure to inform you upon each cancellation policy as soon as we provide you with the detailed program of your travel package. We strongly advise you to take a look on each cancellation policy, so you can be fully aware and well informed.
We would like to inform you that in case of any cancellation, our flat rate fee for the travel package proposal is non refundable. The flat rate fee serves for the time and effort we dedicated in order to design your perfect travel package, as well as for our commitment and expertise we bring to the table at the initial stage of our collaboration.

For any travel request, after the completion of our questionnaire, you can expect an email from us within the first 24 hours, so we can schedule our free consultation meeting.
We will make sure that you will have all necessary information at the fully-detailed program we will send you once we agree to move forward with the design of your own travel package. All necessary documentation (eg., confirmation of reservations, invoices etc.) will be sent to you before your departure to your registered email. You will not have to worry about anything, everything will be written down and communicated to you to the fullest extent!
